The Orlando regional campus of Entrust University is adjoining our Operational Facilities in beautiful Lake Mary. As a side benefit of being part of the Orlando area, many investors from out of town combine family outings with our educational events, all located within a short drive of the major attractions. Florida is home to some of the most active self-directed IRA investors in the country and we are proud to say that many have been educated by Entrust.

Our main campus is at 801 International Parkway on the 5th Floor in Lake Mary, just two buildings north of the large AAA headquarters. Throughout the year we offer classes and seminars at several other locations in the greater Orlando area for the convenience of our students and investors.

We are just 40 minutes northeast of the Orlando airport, 30 minutes northeast of the Florida Turnpike on I-4. Simply exit at Lake Mary Blvd, exit 98, and travel east to International Parkway. Turn north (right) on International Parkway to #801 and come up to the fifth floor for some great coffee or tea. The Jacksonville campus is a remote campus serving Northeast Florida from the skyline of downtown Jacksonville to the beautiful beaches of the Palm Coast. We are located at 10151 Southside Blvd, building 200, suite 250, just south of Butler Blvd in the Deerwood Park business district which, is home to Vistacon and the future home of the Nemours clinic. The Jacksonville campus is a wonderful place for CPAs, Attorneys, Realtors, Brokers and investors to learn about the choice and control that only a self-directed IRA can provide.

Our Plantation office serves as the support center for the South Florida Market stretching from Martin County to Monroe County. Located in beautiful Plantation on 8201 Peters Rd, suite 1000 near I 595 and University Blvd, within minutes of the Ft Lauderdale International airport and Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This office is responsible for the scheduling and implementation of our educational seminars held throughout South Florida. The Tampa Bay campus of Entrust University is centrally located in Largo, offering convenient access from Tampa, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and all of West Central Florida. We are located at 13191 Starkey Road in Suite 9 of beautiful CrownPoint business center. Just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, most students will take I-275 South across the Howard Franklin bridge to the Ulmerton Road Exit. Take Ulmerton Road West to Starkey Road and turn left (south). CrownPoint is approximately 3 blocks down on the left side.

All of our classes are taught by experienced staff with a minimum of 3 years experience in the Self Direction or the 1031 industry. The majority of our classes are taught by Dave Owens who is a CPA with over 19 years of real estate tax experience or Brandon Hall, General Manager, who has MBA in Finance with over 12 years of consulting experience.

Entrust Gulf Coast is located in Gainesville Florida in the Village Center at Haile Plantation. We are located at 9116 SW 51st Road Gainesville, FL 32608. Our territory covers all of North Central and Northwest Florida stretching from Lake County up through Pensacola.
